Kitchen & Co. was designed to take centre stage as part of the larger Market & Co. food market concept at the Upper Canada Mall. The demonstration kitchen is programmed daily by market tenants to showcase the the different food offerings and provide learning opportunities related to food. The space is also rentable for private events. While at Giannone Petricone Associates, Alec was the project architect for Kitchen & Co.
