Kirkendall Residence Approvals Phase

A contemporary rear addition to an 1876 Gothic Cottage, this project will transform the small house into a single storey home for a young family to continue to grow in the neighbourhood they love, and then to age in place.

424 Wellington Restaurant Under Construction

A restoration, adaptive re-use, and addition to an existing designated heritage building will bring a new restaurant to the historic garment district in downtown Toronto. Alec Ring Architecture collaborated with ERA Architects on this project.

Weston Medical Office Under Construction

A renovation and expansion into the adjacent building for an existing physician's office, creating a more inviting reception, improving the functional flow in the building, and adding new and larger exam rooms.

Cranberry Lakehouse Approvals Phase

A new lakeside family getaway nestled in a deciduous forest on a ridge above Cranberry lake and designed to comfortably house a retired couple, but also to accommodate their kids and grandkids for a few days.

Summerhill Addition - Constructed

A third floor addition to a 19th century row house in the Summerhill neighbourhood of Toronto. It includes a large contemporary dormer on the front and adds a master bedroom, office and washroom for a growing family.

Leslieville House Constructed

To better accommodate a family of four in their home, the ground floor was extended, the second floor re-worked for the kids, and a new third floor master suite was added complete with an ensuite washroom, home office, and walk-in closet.
